CNC milling is a subtractive manufacturing process that uses 3-axis milling and 5-axis indexed milling processes to rapidly cut solid metal or other material blocks into final parts.

CNC turning with live tooling combines both lathe and mill capabilities to machine parts with cylindrical features from metal rod stock.

 

We provide component design and fabrication to produce components that will meet you specific needs.

Our CNC machining center has the ability to machine parts up to a volume of 24" x 20" x 20" and a 100 tool capacity automatic tool changer. With its alternate pallet feeder, we can efficiently produce parts from prototype to volume production.

​With our CNC turning center we can turn parts up to a size of 15" x 21" with a swing of 31.75" and the ability to auto-load bar stock up to 2" diameter.

 

​We can combine the abilities of milling and turning, to achieve the best results and realize even the most intricate parts.
