Precision Deep Draw Stamping
Cheek Transfer Presses, with their integrated transfer mechanism, are unique in the industry and provide the ability to produce high precision deep drawn components at a very reasonable cost, combined with much lower tooling costs.

Progressive & Compound Stamping

ABOUT
Cheek Engineering & Manufacturing is a privately owned and operated company located in Southern California. The company operates out of a modern 14,000 sq. ft. facility conveniently located in the Orange County city of Irvine.
Cheek Engineering is a full service stamping facility with complete tool and die shop, 10 transfer presses and 10 conventional presses, a modern machining center as well as a turning center, a fully equipped inspection room and a department with parts de-greasing and finishing capabilities. In addition we have a large warehouse area, allowing us to support Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery services.
Capabilities: Transfer press production capabilities include mid to high volume, cylindrical shaped parts, produced through deep draw transfer press technology. Compound and progressive die capabilities are also utilized at Cheek Engineering. Parts can be produced in stainless steel, steel, brass, nickel, aluminum, titanium and other rare alloys, in a thickness range of .005” to .120” and size ranges of .25” to 5.00” diameter and .25” to 6.50” in length.
